Cowboy Express Horse Tranportation

Has anybody used these guys? If you know anything about them would appreciate hearing. I have lined them up to ship a mini mare for me but gosh they are ever so slow to respond to e-mails or phone calls. They seem nice enough on the phone but I haven't given them a deposit yet...didn't know if the lack of response was a red flag.

I think there is two Cowboy Expresses...where is the one you are interested in located? I used one that I would not recommend at all and you can email me if you want to know my experience with them. Mary
