Any ideas as to what color this colt is? Last one of the season for us. Dad is a Palamino.

Yep, looks buckskin to me. However, according to equinecolor.com foals born roan may not show it until a few months old, so he could be a buckskin roan.

He is exactly what I hope to get from Cassie who is a Bay roan like your mare and Uno who is palamino. He is lovely! and your mare has a head to die for!

Congradulations!

Congrats, very cute foal, but PALOMINO???
Was your dad even looking at this colt?! From the pics I see a Black main & tail! Not white or cream...

But yes I too say he is 100% Buckskin!

Very Very cute

Midnight Star Stables - she was saying that the dad of the colt was a palomino, not that her dad was saying the colt was palomino.

Anyway I think everyone gave you the answer, BUCKSKIN.

YEP....VERY good chance of him being a "Buckskin-Roan". My Baylee's roaning didn't start coming in until she was 1 1/2 months old.
He sure is a cutie...and I LOVE his Mama!
