I've been jogging for years....
I have recently been doing intervals... instead of longs runs,
doing short bursts of sprinting for only a total time of 20 mins per workout.
It sure is a harder workout.. but shorter. In Theory, this approach burns
calories differently than endurance training
Just wondering if anybody has any advice/input?
