    Newbies WAKE UP

Wow. This topic has really ruffled some feathers. Everyone has an opinion and has a right to post thier opinions. I just think some people should remember the golden rule "do unto others as you would have done unto you" and by this I am mainly referring to the way people talk to each other. By...

I have several yearling colts also and I called my vet today re gelding. He told gave me the same imfo that Dr. Taylor gave. He also stated that it probably was best to seperate the colts and mares. One of my almost yearlings still hasn't dropped but the other is acting studdy already. I think I...

    I am dissapointed

Well, for the rest of the afternoon he has pinned his ears back at me and when I reached for him he attempted to bite me. When my husband came home he was able to grasp his halter and pet him several time but as soon as he let go of the halter, the pony pinned his ears back and lunged at him. I...

I am really bummed. I have horses and minis but have been wanting a pony that I could ride. I found out through a friend that a friend of hers was looking for a home for a 20 year old pony that she has had for 2 years but who was previously a rescue from the humane society. We have been...

ast year we had two bred mares. The one that we all thought for sure would go first lasted 2 weeks after the other mare. When Daisy (the first to foal) had her colt the vet said she thought Reesie would foal within 24 hours. I guess you never really know.
