Yes I have heard that in puppies it is called active sleep and is a very good thing.

I have a 2 year old gelding who is rubbing off the top of his tail. He has been dewormed regular, and I rotate the wormer that I use. Any suggestions on what to do. To cold to completely body clip still has lots of winter hair, we are waiting for some heat from the sun. Thanks Tammy
