Thanks for ALL THE RESPONSES !
I have been off the internet for awhile since I broke my darn USB Internet plug-in, I just bought a new one ( $275.00 OUCH ! ) anyway I'm back !
I did get the cart and am very happy with the quality, it was from ebay and the shipping was quick also :-) Oh I also...
I just bought an easy entry cart for my Mini, I assume it would be inappropriate for showing in breed shows, but am sure I had seen someone using one of these at Pinto shows.. my question is could I get away with using it ??? Or maybe adding a patent "boot" would make it more acceptable ...
Thank you :-) As I mentioned before Hercules is my first Mini and I am quite excited to start showing him, I show Arabians but have never done Mini's... He is not AMHA registered ( or at least I don't think so ) so I am registering him PtHA and will show him Pinto :-) I just got a mini sz. cart...
AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just did the same thing, before my little guy looked like he had a big pot belly and short legs but after being clipped I can see he really is very proportionate and has nice long legs :-)
I finally got Hercules Body clipped and was able to get a somewhat decent conformation shot... remember he is NOT sweated or conditioned yet ! :-) I just got his show halter in the mail the other day too, but I can see that I need to raise it up a little higher :-)
I also took a photo of him...
He's positive Tobiano, that colorful enough for me I am not sure with Miniature owners, but in Arabians SCID' is a problem and most people do not test their mares, so having your stallion test negative is a good thing in my experience Guess it may be different and Mini owners regularly test...
I have purchased on payments and sold on payments, I will only let a horse/weanling leave my property if the buyer is in state and if I know them, I DO take payments and offer free board until paid off, as long as all the terms of the contract are kept up :-)
I am so happy to announce the my Mini Stallion Hercules is NEGATIVE LWO and POSITIVE Tobiano !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooohooo :-) ( Received the test results Via e-mail, awaiting the certificate )
Edited to Add: HOMOZYGOUS for Tobiano :-)
Hobbyhorse23 :-)
Thanks for sharing those photos ! I have a total soft spot for elderly horses, I have a 26 y/o Arab Named Topez :-) and Spyder looks like he has quite the comfy life :-)
