KC I am so sorry you lost Dez..I had the chance to see this lovely stallion twice... Once at a horse show and then at you place last year. I know how much you and your mom loved this little guy..

I had this happen to me two years ago... The mare was fine in the morning... When I checked in the evening, the mare was staggering and could hardly stand up..She was shaking as well.. Called the vet out.. and told her the only time I had ever seen anything like this was with a goat with...

I had to chuckle over this... pretty hard not to know who the dam is when you foal them out.. Can see a sire mix up...as I had a mare bred through the fence..It could happen I suppose if you were not there and two mares foaled and switched foals. Glad you got it sorted out just the same...

I got mine... its like Reeces peanut butter cups without the chocolate.. Mmmmmm Going to try tiny tart cups filled with cream cheese and dream whip mixed with this peanut butter..

Did is say anywhere why he was given this stuff in the first place..? Calming for what?? Poor thing was acting like he was on one bad trip..

Looks like Monday is a shopping day... -5..Then back in the toilet again for awhile..

I'll be looking for it the next shopping trip..
