Teeth bumps

I have a 3yr old filly who has what I think are quite bad teeth bumps. She seems fine, eating like a horse

but looks very, very puffy.

Should I just let her get on with it or should I get her looked at. Never had a problem with any of my other kids so haven't had to face this before.

She probably needs her caps off. We use Carl Mitz and he checks all our horses yearly. I have a three year old that needs some help with her caps haha
