What's up with the ASPC/AMHR Website?

What gives? There is a members list for half the countries on the planet but not for the USA? Did someone drop the ball? Or is this deliberate? And if deliberate - why?

The US has a map, not a list. Click on the state on the map.

There used to be but now, no map appears when I pull it up.

Well that is odd--it was there last time I looked, which wasn't too many days ago...but it is gone now. Wonder where it went?
