Very strange e-mails

I'm wondering if anyone else has received these. I've been getting sales type emails from someone or several someones that are using the same as mine, screen name, Riverrose28 but with different servers. They all seem to be selling something, but I'm afraid to open them.

I've had this happen in the past. I hit the spam button and haven't seen any more since. Gmail is really good at catching spam. I wouldn't open them either. Lately lots of spammers are creating mirror facebook accounts where they actually steal someone's profile picture, open a brand new account and then start sending friend requests to all their friends. Had that happen to two of my friends in the past couple of weeks. Those spammers are something. Kind of scary at times.
