Photobucket Problems

I've been trying to upload my Alaska photos to photobucket.com, but everytime I put in the pics to the uploading section and click on the button to upload them, it goes to "page could not be found" and won't upload them. I've tried at least 3 or 4 times over the passed couple of days and NOTHING. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone else know how to fix it? THANKS!

That happened to me a few days ago l logged in did whatever as usual and it wouldn't let me submit after a few trys a box came on and said l had to check a new agreement saying l agree to some kind of whatever about photos l did and it worked after that. Today when l looked all my photos except 4 are gone.

So l don't know now what l agreed to or if they'll come back l sure didn't have anything dirty on there or go to post on shady sites.
