I would suggest if this mare does not foal very soon, you might consider having your vet check her out. Just to be safe. I had a mare doing the contractions, wax and milk etc once and NO foal arrived. So asked my vet to check her out, the foal was into a position where it was impossible to deliver. The vet went in and manually opened up the cervix, and repositioned the foal and pulled out a very weak foal that did survive with some tender loving care. I don't mean to scare you, but better to be safe rather than sorry. Good Luck. Hope to see a foal photo posted soon.
