Happy Thankgivings . It is a beautiful cool day here with our maple trees in a blaze of amazing fall colors. I thought I should report that I have lost another 1.5 lbs on the green coffee bean extract before I have Turkey, Ham, Pumpkin/sweet potato maple soup, roasted brussel sprouts, baby carrots, mashed potatoes and hot buns. Of course pumpkin pie with fresh whipped cream for dessert so I think I may gain the pound back, lol. Oh we'll.
