Can someone please help me! Profile page!

Ok so in my personal photo spot in my profile page is making me sooo flustered!! I upload a picture and it says the uploaded file you used is to big! Ok, so I go to photo bucket and reduce the size of the picture and now it says you used an invalid file extension! Urgggg! :arg!

Please help me..... I just wanted to do the personal photo thinggy! What am I doning wrong???
