I was reading the post about the cattle panels or hog panels. They can be great but you should never use any kind of wire fence that you cannot cut in case of emergency. We all know horses can do the impossible when it comes to getting injured on things that should be safe.
Cutters come in so many styles. Believe it or not you do not need a lot of strength to cut a thick wire with the right cutters. Go into any hardware type store and get yourself a cutter that will cut your thickest wire fence. Keep them hanging where you will be able to get your hands on them fast. Hopefully you will never need them but the one time you do you will be thank full you had them.
Something like this should do the job. They are less the $30.00.
