Baking cookies at 1 AM.....

WHY?, You may ask, am I up at 1 AM baking Carribean coconut cookies for Molly's class tomorrow, when I GOT UP AT 2 AM to get to a Northeast Club show in New Hampshire?????

Well.....since we rolled in at Midnight with a BIG BUCKET FULL OF Blues......I told her I'd do this homework assignment if she helped me unload the Wonderful 4 from the trailer. Elle, Ariel, Bob and Micky represented Hytide Farm beautifully...plus we had a blast!

And the cookies are pretty darn good if I do say so myself!
