Please do not hesitate to send in your information for the Membership Directory - the picture and your info COST YOU NOTHING. It does need to be done very quickly thought if you want it in the directory.
When you call the number on the postcard, they will either verify or take your information - and there will be a sales pitch and yes it can be two payments of $39.99 - HOWEVER< YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BUY THE DIRECTORY. I think sales will stop sometime in January, but I AM NOT POSITIVE ON THAT.
If you do not send in your information or give it to them, you will not be in the Membership Directory. The Registry is not using member money for the directory - the publishing firm does it at their costs - and recoups from selling the directories - hench the sales pitch on the info verification. If you do not want this directory -just say "no thank you" - but please give your information as it is very handy for members who do purchase it to look up other members at times - like in purchasing or selling a horse.
