Surprise when I went to the barn this morning. Fancy had her baby boy during the early morning. He is approximately 21 inches tall and doing fine. Was concerned because she had trouble last time, because it was her first foal.

Mare has had bag for over a month now and spends a lot of time off by herself away from the herd. She is due May 10th according to my chart. Should I be keeping a close eye on her?
