Could you all please post pics (if you have any) of your mares "bagged up" and close to foaling. I have one due in two weeks and she has not bagged up at all. Not that I can see/feel. Thanks Bridgid, but I did clip her yesterday with a 10 but all it did was remove the longer bits on those awful "pig bristles" and the rest of her coat just won't grow back!

Before I knew what I was doing I clipped my mini with a blade that was FAR too close!! I clipped her with 40's (surgical blade) and now all her white bits look pink. Its a good clip job but just way too close. I have waited and waited for her coat to grow back but she is just getting long guard...

What really makes me laugh about price is that here in NZ when a mini goes "over height" they are only worth about $500-$1000.00 BUT should they be broken to ride and advertised as a bombproof lead rein pony you could get in excess of $3000.00 for it :lol: :new_shocked:
