ANyone have input on minis & west nile vaccinations?

Anyone ever had a foal make noises like a puppy.? Mine has since birth. I had vet ck her twice- no fluid in lungs, no temp, no cough. She runs , plays, but sometimes wheneating, or even standing still, makes noise like a wheeze, or puppy whine???

I am interested in hearing from anyone having a mini mare go over a year to foal. I had mine ultrasounded last week at 372 days. Vet said foal alive., normal size, & in position. We put her on Domperidon & she bagged immediately. She leaked milk then stopped. It is now day 383 & she's dripping...
