    Web sites important?

Facebook is a great tool to market and showcase horses, however, it gets tiresome trawling through post after post looking for what you want. I feel a website is essential to showcase your horses. You can add so much more to a website and have it easier to find. Here is my website (I made it...

Cowboy magic detangler. Cowboy magic shine in - yellow out. Cowboy magic rosewater shampoo. Absorbine hoof black and clear (nothing compares to these, well nothing in Australia anyway) Champion tails cover creme. Basically, it's a white paste and you paint it on stockings/socks, put boots on...

My dog has started attacking the horses...

My dog would chase my horses out in the paddock.... Until one day, the stallion I owned at the time got jack of her antics. He stomped on her and she went under him and he kicked her as she came out the other side...Being a pretty dense animal, she came back for more. He picked her up by the...

    Home made Float

Hi, I can see you are from Australia, so am I. Single axle trailers are so dangerous and not to mention illegal to carry horses in. Secondly even that single float with double axels I would not put my horses in there. Single floats are so terribly balanced and tip over way too easily. You just...

Finally, something good has happened for us

A bit off topic but I find it funny that over there 'alfalfa' is hardly fed. In Australia we call it Lucerne and it is the primary hay we feed to any horse or pony. Very rarely do people over here feed grass hay. It has less sugar than any other hay believe it or not. We also buy bags of it...

    Slicking down mane

I plan to take my foals to a show in a few weeks and their manes are all over the place. How can I slick them down to make them look half presentable As you can see, they are quite fluffy at the moment.
