Parchment paper is rather like wax paper without the wax.

Comes on a roll like wax paper, saran wrap etc.

Bonnie

Thanks! haha you can tell I don't bake much........I figured it might something like waxed paper!

Are we talking about regular size chocolate chips or the hersey kisses?

I love Snickerdoodles I will try to find the recipe along with my Grandmothers no roll suger cookies.

These are my daughters favorite. VERY easy to make and few ingredients.

Nut Balls

1/2 cup butter

3 Tablespoons sugar

1 cup very finely chopped pecans

1 cup flour

1 Teaspoon vanilla

I mix mine with my hands. Roll them into small balls and bake at 375 for about 15 min (until lightly browned). While they're still hot roll them in powdered sugar.

My favorites aren't quite as easy, but I love 'em.

German Chocolate Brownie Drops

1 pkg German chocolate (4 oz)

1 Tablespoon butter

2 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

1 1/4 cups flour (might take a tiny big [tablespoon] more)

1/4 Teaspoon baking powder

1/8 Teaspoon salt

1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon - I add extra cause I love cinnamon and chocolate together

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Melt chocolate and butter over hot water. Stir. Cool. Beat eggs until foamy, then add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time. Beat until thickened (5 minutes with an electric mixer). Blend in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, blend. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake 350 for 8 to 10 min (until they feel "set" when very lightly touched). Makes about 3 dozen. Yummy!!
