Could someone please post what the current rulings are for AMHA and AMHR on closed or open wheel carts?

Thank you in advance.

The last I heard for AMHR was open or closed wheel for anything but Roadster. Roadster MUST have closed wheel or the open wheel with the guards on it.

AMHA I think is pretty much either for any class.

We use our Jerald open wheeled cart for all driving classes in AMHA..

AMHA - wheel covers are permitted, but not required in roadster. Not specified for any other pleasure class

AMHR - Only Closed wheel carts only in roadster. Open or closed wheel in all pleasure classes

Just FYI, but a wheel cover is not the same as a "closed wheel". The wheel covers will prevent things from getting caught in the spokes, but will not prevent wheels running into things and locking or getting caught on something...like another cart's wheel.
