How much would you pay someone to muck out your stall per month? I feel bad with her paying me since it only takes me at most 20 minutes. But what would you charge?

What's your time worth? How does it break down for an hourly wage? [You don't have to tell us, but figure it out for yourself.]
Do you clean once daily? Twice daily? How often? Add up your hours for the month and see.
20 minutes a day for 30 days is 10 hours/month. I don't know what she pays you, but $100/month would be $10/hour (if you only work 10 hours/month).
