I am not that familiar with Omolene 300 so would have to look

But strongly agree with Marty that that isnt nearly enough feed for a weanling.

As you feed up the belly will go down and you will see the topline get better

I like Equine Jr as I dont have to worry about colic from them eating too much

Just be sure and read the labels but sounds like you already figured out you werent feeding enough

People are always amazed at how much feed a young growing foal takes!

I appreciate everyone's input, as always. I started with increasing the food yesterday and will slowly build up over the next week. While the other weanling doesn't have quite the belly Baby does, I think it's only because of the colic episode last month where she didn't eat anything or much of anything for 4 days. Both of the little ones will be enjoying extra in their buckets. For now, we'll stick with the Omolene because I'm loathe to do any switching during the winter. Sometime in May, when they're both either a year or very close to a year old, I'll have decided where we should go next and be prepared to make changes then.

I promise too keep you all posted
