Since we no longer live on a farm, and I have no animals (except my long haired Chihuahua who does nothing but sleep all day), I have time to quilt again. Once we unpacked and I found my fabric stash, I decided to use up some of my scrap fabric. Turns out I have way more scraps than I have projects. Ahem. I guess I'll have to make a couple more scrappy quilts. LOL Anyway, I finished piecing this "Hexagon Puzzle" last evening. I've still got some ironing to do before I baste it with the batting and the backing, and then I'll start on the actual quilting. But it will keep me busy on those cold winter nights that I used to be outside doing horsey related chores. Maybe I'm starting to like this whole downsizing thing, after all.
