"Fiesta" came to live with us in August. I think he is such a neat stallion. Even at 17 yrs old he is still nice to look at...Thanks for posting for me...I shall git 'er done one of these days and figure the posting...LOL

Homozygous for anything specific?

Obviously all my chestnuts are H/Z red And my bay pinto stallion is H/Z for agouti.

Here's what I"ll post though, Ruby is H/Z for silver!

OK, I can play with those rules: this mare is homozygous for BLACK (honest, based on genetic testing). She is also LWO+ (obviously not homozygous or she would be dead) and carries the gray and agouti genes (not homozygous for those either). So she is genetically a silver bay frame overo pinto. She is in foal to our chestnut tobiano pinto (with agouti gene, and LWO-) for 2008.
