Flipping houses

Anybody one here do house flipping?

With this economy is it even possible to do?

It is possible, but you have to have the cash or have the equity/credit to back it up...they aren't loaning right now unless you have an excellent financial history and cash is what they are looking for...there are some nice houses in my state for cheap cheap cheap and with a little cosmetic cleanup you can make a nice penny, but you have to be financially capable of hanging onto the property for a few months if need be...the opportunities are there.

My grandparents bought a house right beside a family member. They did find a renter who is a good tenant and paying on time. I don't think they are making out big or anything, but its an investment for the future and I may want to start my mini farm there some day.
