Does the stallion have to be 3 years old when a foal is born to get it registered in AMHA? Or is it only the mare needs to be 3 years old. Someone told me AMHA changed the rules on this and I can't keep up with all their dang changes.

Just a quick question-is it too early to send in 2009 stallion reports for AMHA and AMHR now or do I have to wait until January 1st? Breeding is definately over for this year.
