Are horses with pink skin (whether clipped or razored) usually less favored with the judges? I have only participated in one show and was told be a few people there that judges do not usually prefer white horses or pink skin horses...is this true overall or not?

I just thought of some more halter questions if someone can help... Also, does it really matter if the lead is held in the left hand or the right hand once the horse has squared up? And, is the horse suppose to stay completely still & square the entire time the judge(s) are looking at your horse?
