These are so easy, but SOOOO good!!! I think you could add different flavorings like minced onions, garlic, cheese, cinnamon, etc. The texture of the biscuits is so light and you may not be able to eat just one!

DIRECTIONS:
My mom clued me into these, and I'm having a hard time not making them every other day. H and I both LOVE them. And I'm not even someone who craves biscuits. These are so good, and really versatile. The texture is nothing like "out of the can" biscuits, and I look forward to putting different seasonings and ingredients into them to go with what's on the menu.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of lemon-lime soda
- 2 cups of powdered biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Pre-heat oven to 425
- Mix the above ingredients with a whisk, fork or beater until smooth
- Drop spoons into cooking sprayed muffin tins (I use a 6 pack of "large" muffin tins) or drop spoons onto a sprayed cooking sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes
