Yummy Chocolate/banana shake =)

I took different chocolate shake recipes and mixed them up to make my own--really yummy!

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk

4 TBS cocoa

2 TBS powder coffee creamer (optional)

1 banana (optional, but makes it thicker and better =))

1 TSP vanilla

1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar

handful or two of ice

Blend in a blender and it makes about 2 servings =)

That sounds really good to me, and like a potential commuting to the office breakfast. I'm thinking it might work well too with a little peanut butter?
