Dear ASPC/AMHR/ASPR Youth Supporters,
We are thrilled to announce the offering of Team Sponsors at Congress and Nationals for 2008. This is something that was offered for years and then discontinued for a little while. After many requests from farms and individuals to have the Team Sponsors, the option is back.
The Team Sponsorship funds will be used to help purchase the items that will be given to the youth in their bags at Congress and Nationals. This year the Youth Committee has purchased, at a discount rate, Single Halter Bags from Supreme Equine Design. Our hope is to fill these bags with useful horse type items for the Youth.
The Sponsor of the winning team will receive an Award of their own! All Team Sponsors will receive recognition for their generosity with the Youth Teams. At this point, we do not know how many Teams we will have at each of the Shows. Sponsors will be assigned a Team and will be notified of their Team prior to the Show.
Now, to the commitment portion of the deal. For Congress, the Team Sponsorship is $150 and for Nationals it is $250. Due to the recent crunch in our economy, we would like to encourage Farm(s), Families or Businesses to join forces and help make the Youth Team Sponsorships a reality.
