Young foal with a odd coloured tongue...

Tonight i noticed by 4 day old foal has a odd coloured tongue. His gums and bottom on his tongue the normal pinky colour.. but the top is a bit of browny/yellowish (off milk) colour.

Now i may just be having a dumb blonde moment but cant' say i've ever noticed something like this before on my foals... in himself he is fine and dandy and suckling and do everything he should... not so much worried as much as puzzled...

I didn't think to check colour of mares milk...

Anyone seen this before? (is it anything to worry about it...)

Can't think of what it is called but I had a foal get a kind of fungusy thing like that on its tongue. We did treat it.
