These are from the June "Saddle & Harness" Club show - more of an ADS/CDE type club, so I pulled out the wooden wheels to show in.... You can see how much more collected he is, whether it's the heavier cart or just me doing better pushing him, I dunno...











Meanwhile, here's what my helpers were doing with Abbie back at the trailer....

A correctly trained horse will round up their topline and push harder with their hind end when they encounter resistance so it's quite possible the heavier cart was encouraging him to get under himself a bit more. Whatever the cause, he looks great! I like the last driving picture the best and of course Abbie is adorable.

Hey - Sitting around at the trailer babysitting is hard work!


K & Appy are doing lots better...I'm so proud of both of them.

You know how he loves the big girls!
