Is there any such thing that would burn wood like a Brand (some sort of pattern like say barbed wire ect) but that comes on a roller so you could roll a long straight line? Or even a stamp that would make the process go faster? I"ve seen individual stamp type things but that seems like it would take forever to make a long line. Never done anything like this before so no idea what is out there really just a few quick glances since i thought of this idea.

Why couldn't you just get a strand of barbed wire, heat it up and press it against the wood. You'd need some good pliers and a really good torch or fire to heat it up enough.
