I would call a local animal remover. They will take care of them for you and they won't come back to torment you anymore.
I can tell you the only way to move a skunk without them spraying you is keep spraying them with water while they are in the trap. They won't spray. Covering them with something in a live trap won't keep them from spraying (promise). Hubby use to work in the nusance department for the state and after many tries, he found the water to work best.
