I've had the little guys from the auction about 2 1/2 months now. Some of you might remember the night I brought them home from the horse trader that bought them at a local auction.
They have been gelded. The pinto, Rocket, was a cryptorchid, so that is why he has shaved spots in the photos. There feet are a work in progress, but coming along. The palomino, Stubbs, still has awful hair. He itches alot and looks moth eaten from all the rub marks. As soon as the nights start staying warmer, I plan on clipping him and giving him a good bath. Stubbs is an absolute sweetheart. Rocket is a little standoffish and was not even halter broke. But he is coming around and I think he actually has a lot of potential. He has very nice movement.
I would have taken more pictures of Stubbs but didn't have anybody to hold a lead at the time, so the rest of my pictures would have looked like this.
