Transfering for AMHR

Uh oh, not sure what to do with this.

I am transfering my mare into my name, have to hurry since she has foaled.

Anyway, the previous owner put her name where mine is supposed to be and her address where mine goes.

But she also signed her name on the paper where is should be.

How do I transfer now?

Just call the previous owner and ask them to sign a new transfer, it was their mistake after all. And since the foal is already born the previous owner may also have to sign the application for the foal and a transfer to you. You can't register the foal with you as the owner of the mare at the time of foaling, unless everything is predated to before the foal was born. But then you will have to get a breeders certificate from the stallion owner. Confused yet??
