I've noticed a couple different serious of books and videos out there on training miniatures. Everything from grooming, halter, trail/obstacle, jumping and driving. As with any training advise there are poor, decent, good, and great. Which ones would you recommend, why and how do you rate the others?

Hi,

I think that all of the books have some good stuff in them, and maybe some bad stuff. I haven't read much of the training books that are recently available. I think that you should do a quick look online for each of the authors, and see if they have a website, and/or more info on each of them. Any of the books/dvds that come from small press are really helpful and have tons of info on them. I am also one that likes to read the big horse books, and see what training tips I can take and use on my mini. Sorry this is a little vague, I haven't had enough coffee yet.
