Here is our latest addition, born 6/6/08 just before 6am. LOL, if she was a boy, she would have been nicknamed SIX. Bluewaters Lady Firefly is a silver bay pinto filly measuring at just under 19" tall at birth. She is sired by our Lazy N Redboy son, Cross Country Sharp Dressed Man and out of a Love Me Tender granddaughter. Firefly has legs that go for miles and miles, but she is a dainty little thing. Inherited the neck splash and high white stockings that her sire frequently passes on. Shown below at just about 4 hours old, so not unfolded yet.

Next is Bluewater's Secret Agent Man (aka Bond), born 5/28/08. He is also sired by Sharp Dressed Man. Bond's dam is a sorrel sabino mare sired by Ten Ls Splendors After Dark Design & and out of a daughter of Hemlock Brooks Cock Robin. This tiny boy thinks he owns the world. Shown below at 9 days old.

Of course, we can't forget Bluewaters Stormy Dancer, born 5/14/08. Sired by AMHR National Champion, NFC Peppy's Playmate and out of a lovely black pintaloosa mare, Sage Flower of Bambi. Born at just over 18" tall. Shown below at about 2 hrs old.

We still have 5 mares to go, and two of them any day now. We also have two other mares that were supposed to be pregnant but didn't look like it until today (but those two sure are starting to look preggo overnight)! Keep your fingers crossed for more healthy babies and mares!

Thank you, everyone! It's always nice to hear nice things about the babies!

Kelly, Bond is certainly welcome to come to your place after weaning.

Here are two newer photos of the first foal, Bluewaters Stormy Dancer...taken at 3 weeks of age.
