Most of you have probably seen the CNN report on all the dead and missing cattle in LA as a result of the hurricane. The army is trying to help find and save the ones that are still alive. General Honorae (sorry General, I know I spelled it wrong) said they are bringing in hay and feed from many states farther north but need much more transportation to move it.

They said a lot of people in the rural areas have cattle, anywhere from a few to a few thousand. Highway road beds are being used for high ground for some cattle. I just can't imagine the pain of losing so many animals, both financial and emotional.

Don't know anything to say. Ecept if you can't help don't hinder. Meaning as much as we would like to help if nothing we can do we can stay off the phones and let those who can get through.
