Thoughts on this harness

I have a friend that purchased the harness. It is more of a khaki/camo color. It is made decent but it over powers the mini as it is made from a big horse scale. The saddle/back pad is padded but the way the tugs are attached it catches on the shaves of the cart. I think it's just wonky IMO If you need a harness and just want one for tooling around and not to show in I think it would be ok if price in an option.

I would just get this harness if I was looking for one http://www.minitack.com/mw95.htm. I had this one for my first harness and it held up really well.

I have had both the beta and bio harness from MiniExpress and liked them both...Beta was my favorite for holding up and looking new. The bio was shiney and all but it cracked a bit on the straps for the girth. They fit my guys well (except my B sized minis heads were smaller than the A sized harness...so I had it made custom) Still have them and use them! http://miniexpress.com/harnesses/cat_15.html

I have this harness too, and really like it. It's a little more expensive than the one you're looking at on Amazon, but you can't put a price on something that fits well, lets your horse do his job without interference, and looks nice to boot. If you want leather, I would recommend it to anyone as an everyday harness, as well as a show harness in the lower divisions, open shows, etc.
