Those who have had mares go late

Have you had any problems with AMHA registering the foal based on the last date of breeding? For example if you have the last breeding date as 6/6/04 and the mare doesn't foal until over 365 days later (say 6/25/05), do they freak and expect you to DNA the mare, stallion and foal? I'm just wondering if they hang up registration applications for stuff like that....
