Erica's dad was on his way out. I had called him just after Erica called him to let him know Sunshine was foaling.

I had a heck of a time getting a line out, as our phones have been acting up all day today. I guess because of all this rain!!

Congrats Erica on your colt! Can't wait to see pictures of him and your shetland baby when you get back!

I had called Erica who was in Texas. The foal was out and it didn't look like it was out of the sack and I was very afraid. Like I said a few seconds feels like forever!

Well as usual I missed the birth but at least this time the cam is working for me and I got to watch it toddle and find the milk bar with Mr. Killion's help. How darling!
