We have a Bay Few spot leopard appy Toyland stallion. He's 65% falabella and is HEAVY toyland (almost 100% w/85% leopard appy pedigree). His sire is Toyland Casino Chips which is one of the loudest leopard appaloosas I've ever seen and his dam is an extremely loud bay leopard appaloosa. I saw them both and they were nice-both were 32". I bought the colt as a 6 month weanling (still nursing!!!) and he was about 28" or so. Laurie expected him to mature in the 33-34" range. I had been looking for a nice few spot forever and was so excited that I had found one in my price range. He is now 35.5" (AGGGHHHHH!) as a 3 yr. old but he has a gorgeous head on him for any horse but especially for an appy. He is very big but we're breeding him to some of our nicest mares and then we just bought a nice 29" appy stallion that we'll later cross with his fillies to downsize. He broke his leg early this spring so we didn't get to use him for breeding this year-SHUCKS! but I can't wait until next year! I'm hoping for a whole lot of color! Sorry I don't have any pictures of the guy as I didn't take any last year and this year he's locked in the barn because he broke his leg in TWO places and is grounded for a while. PS-he gets his cast off on Tuesday! YAY!
