I bought the most friendly beautiful black 8 yr old standard Jenny this weekend at a sale, and wondered if anyone out there in donkey land is breeding this size............

She was raised around the nicest Amish family with 5 little girls to play with her.

She has the hairyest ears............and BIG ones at that.

Awwww!! She sounds lovely! Is she your first?...We have one only..the oddball on the farm..but she is due soon, so she'll have company, well sorta as the foal's a mini mule...so they will both be the odd balls! Good luck with yours

[MeadowRidge Farm]

We have 2 standards on the farm, one is our jenny who had her foal (Taco) this past April. The other is our gelding, ...EARL....he is our barn comedian,

and everyones favorite! Our jenny is a pink sorrel and so is her foal, Earl is a typical gray, with some HUGE ears.

You cant help but love the ears on donkeys!!!
