Did anyone see the Saddle Horse Report in regards to the Oklahoma Centennial? There were shetland classes offered. Way to go Denise Johnson! The write up was great and love the photo of Classic Secret.
The JD Massey show may be adding classes next year. JD Massey is the third oldest show in the US. A lot of hackney and saddlebred owners had their interest piqued with learning that shetlands didn't look like the British shetlands of their youth, but there are show pony divisions too.
Looking forward to working the JD Massey Board to help offer these classes next year.
The article was in the April 21 issue. I need to check and see if it is online.
