2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons brown sugar

half teaspoon cinnamon

1 3/4 cups self raising flour

1 tablesppon butter

3/4 cup milk

Melt butter in 20cm ring tin and melt on med-high, approx 40 seconds

sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over butter

sift flour into bowl, rub in butter until crumbly

mix in milk quickly to form a dough, knead it lightly on a lightly floured surface

break into 8 even sized balls, place them evenly around the ring pan

cook uncovered on high 2 1/2 to 3 mins. Stand for 2 mins and then turn out.

Easy peasy! Enjoy

Sounds yummy! I will have to try it! Thanks for sharing!!

Is this a metal container that you put this in?

I am waiting to know what actual kind of pan to use......am dying to try this recipe. If you wanted to use a regular oven--what temp and how long? I don't have a lot of success with the microwave. I will try it in the microwave though........waiting for tea and scones.

Everyone is invited to my house! YUM.... Scones and butter with fresh raspberry jam and Constant Comment--any takers?????

You use a microwave safe ring container.

I've never tried it in a convential oven......give it a try in the microwave. If you concerned it's going to end up doughy, put an extra 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder in it.
