Rescued 6 puppies

I found these puppies at a ladies house who has both parents. She had no place for the puppies, they were wandering all over the yard, alley and street. The mother no longer allows them to nurse. I asked her what she was going to do with them and she said she would take them to the pound in a few weeks.

I offered to take and put them in my fenced in yard and find homes for them, then if after three weeks I still have some, I may have to take them to the pound, but at least I would have given them a chance. Their father was a reg. Golden Retriever and mom appears to be a golden/collie cross. They sure look like dad! I don't even know forsure how old they are.
